30-Day Returns

If you are not completely happy with your order, we offer a 30-day returns policy from the date of receipt.

How to Return

Email hello@careliving.co with your order number and reason. We will send you a returns address and instructions within 24 hours.

Conditions

• Items must be unused and in original packaging
• Returns must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order

Refunds

Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days of receiving the returned item, back to your original payment method.

Return postage is at the customer's cost unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
