How long does delivery take?

All orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and typically arrive within 2–5 working days via Royal Mail or a tracked courier service. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order ships.

Is delivery really free?

Yes — every order ships free within the UK mainland. No minimum spend, no hidden charges.

Do you deliver to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands, or the Channel Islands?

Yes, we deliver to all UK addresses. Remote areas may take an extra 1–2 working days.

Can I track my order?

Yes. Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your delivery every step of the way.

Returns & Refunds

What is your returns policy?

We offer a 30-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied, return the item in its original condition and packaging for a full refund. See our Returns & Refunds page for full details.

How do I return an item?

Email us at hello@careliving.co with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you a return label and instructions within 24 hours.

How long do refunds take?

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 working days back to your original payment method.

Products & Safety

Are your products suitable for elderly adults?

Absolutely. Every product is specifically chosen for older adults and people with reduced mobility. We test for ease of use, safety, and durability before adding anything to our range.

Do your products require assembly or installation?

Most of our products require no tools and no installation. Items like the bed rail, toilet safety frame, and bath mat are designed for instant setup. Any exceptions are clearly noted on the product page.

What weight do your safety products support?

Our bed rail and toilet safety frame both support up to 300 lbs (136 kg). The folding walking cane supports up to 250 lbs (113 kg). Specific weight limits are listed on each product page.

VAT Relief

Am I eligible for VAT relief?

If you have a chronic illness or disability, you may be entitled to buy certain products VAT-free under HMRC rules. This applies to products designed for personal use by disabled or chronically sick individuals. Contact us at hello@careliving.co to arrange a VAT-exempt purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?
